Bottled at 43% after maturing in ex-Bourbon casks, this 12 year old Tomatin has been bottled under Gordon & MacPhail's Discovery label

Aroma: Fragrant lemon zest intertwine with rich tropical fruit and desiccated coconut. Honeydew melon and walnut notes develop.

Taste: Smooth dried pineapple pieces compliment ripe green apple and rich honey. Brown sugar undertones develop alongside dried banana.

Finish: Full with lasting malted biscuit and charred oak.
