A single malt from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, this 31 year old single cask carries all of the characteristics of a long-aged Speyside; Rich and Fruity while maintaining a complex palate.

Palate: Freshly baked apple pie, toffee, oak

Finish: Honey, pineapple with a long caramel finish
