A classic sweet Old Tom with a zesty finish.

Our Pink Grapefruit Old Tom gin derives from our popular ‘Design a Rock Rose Gin Label’ competition of 2016, which was released as the wonderful citrus-based Artists’ Edition.

We decided to bring it back as a fresher version for 2019 and beyond using organic pink grapefruit peel, all lovingly peeled by our distillery team! These are added to our botanical basket and vapour infused along with all our traditional gin botanicals. It is then lightly sweetened with muscovado sugar.

NOSE

Bright and zesty with fresh grapefruit coming through.

PALATE

Fresh and citrusy but very well balanced with the juniper and lovely notes of vanilla appearing.

FINISH

Lasting sweetness with a depth of grapefruit tang.
