Distilled at Ben Nevis Distillery for 28 years in refill hogsheads, Ross is a limited release of 850 bottles and is 1 of 12 Noble Malt Whiskies in The Thanes series.

This series of Shakespearean Scotch whiskies is the product of a collaboration between design studio Livingstone, whisky writer Dave Broom, Elixir Distillers and the legendary illustrator Sir Quentin Blake.

The somewhat stubborn but wonderful insistence on the use of brewers yeast in fermentation, and a generally slower approach to spirits production is on full show in this 28 year old, as the fat, fruit driven distillate has been allowed to shine in re-fill hogsheads.
