Aged in smaller casks to intensify the maturation process and add an extra dimension of spice.

Tasting Notes

Colour - Bright gold

Nose - Lemon peel, candy floss and a hint of cocoa

Palate - Fresh tropical notes with pineapple, green apples and vanilla. A slight touch of chilli gives a tantalising heat

Finish - Aromatic, fruity and satisfying. The depth of sweetness is backed up by strength of the spiced oak, creating a lasting impression
