Maturation: Matured in American oak bourbon casks then finished in freshly emptied Caribbean rum casks.
Colour: Dark golden.
Nose: Sweet, light and spicy. Subtle hints of candy, pineapple and rum.
Palate: Bright and warming on the palate, sweet and spicy. Rum notes dominate, with brown sugar,pear and citrus peel.
Finish: A spicy lingering finish, the ideal summer dram.
