Spearhead Single Grain Whisky Sample

Crafted at Loch Lomond Distillery, Spearhead is a single grain whisky which uses 100% malted barley and an extended fermentation time of 92 hours before distilling in our Coffey style still. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in a unique combination of infrared and fire toasted virgin American oak barrels, the result is a lighter, sweeter whisky, perfect for mixing.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of violet floral notes, dark berries, vanilla pods, caramel and dark chocolate.

Velvety mouthfeel rolls over the tongue. Red apple with lime citrus, vanilla fudge and light brown sugar.

The finish is long, smooth and sweet with melted brown sugar.
