Anjea, Triple Distilled Vodka
ANJEA vodka is born with a mash of honey collected from various tracks of eucalypt forest on the Cairns Highlands in Far North Queensland, Australia.
The mash is then fermented under controlled conditions to ensure even and consistent ferment. On completion of fermentation the wash is three times distilled in a copper pot still for ultimate smoothness and clarity.
ANJEA's smooth mouth feel and silken presence on the pallet can be attributed to dilution with volcanic spring water that filters through beds of ancient rock and black silica deposits.
Prior to bottling, ANJEA vodka is then chilled to -6°C and passed through beds of ancient Cairns Highland volcanic rock for ultimate purity and clarity and then released into the world.
