An original island product created by our apothecarist Amanda Saurin to compliment your Isle of Harris Gin.
This special Aromatic Water is distilled from hand harvested Sugar Kelp gathered by our local seaweed harvester Lewis Mackenzie from around our shores.
Simply add a few drops to your Isle of Harris Gin to bring a wave of Outer Hebridean seas and an extra essence of the island directly to your drink.
Alternatively, add to seafood to enhance maritime flavours or experiment in a coastal-influenced dram of whisky.
